Terri Peña is one of the founding members of The Peña Law Firm.  From the beginning, she has dedicated herself to serving all of our clients’ best interests.  Throughout the years Terri has worked in every aspect of our practice.  She credits her vast experience as one of the most valuable attributes that she uses to fight on behalf of our clients.  She’s patient and tactful, using her personality to her advantage. With over thirty years of experience, she has a proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and training. She understands that communication is vital between our firm and clients.

She’s affectionally known at our firm as “The Glue” that holds it all together.  Additionally, Terri is genuinely compassionate to our clients and is involved in making sure that they are well served by all of our employees and service agents (i.e., investigators, accident reconstructionist, medical doctors, and other experts).  At The Peña Law Firm, when we need something done right by someone that will not stop until the mission is accomplished, we call upon Terri.  She truly is a champion for our cause and our clients.

Born in Matanzas, Cuba, and raised in Miami, Florida. Graduated from Hialeah High Senior Highschool.

Terri is inspired to lead The Pena Law Firm to the highest level of service and compensation for the benefit of all clients.
